Men of Impact: Interview With Naved Shaikh – Founder of HFF and Super Power Alliance

National Views Men of Impact Naved Shaikh interview

Born on 18th August 1983 in Mumbai, Naved Shaikh is not just a social entrepreneur — he is an ecosystem architect who has merged social reform with structured business growth. As the Founder of multiple impact-driven platforms, he represents a rare blend of activism, leadership, and scalable execution.

In this exclusive National Views Men of Impact conversation, Naved Shaikh, the Founder, Social Reformer, Social Entrepreneur, Ecosystem Builder shares his journey, philosophy, and the structured thinking behind his growing impact ecosystem.

Q1. You lead multiple organizations across social reform and business networking. What shaped this multi-dimensional journey?

My journey was never about building one organization. It was about solving problems structurally. I observed that many social initiatives operate emotionally but lack long-term systems. At the same time, business platforms often lack social consciousness.

I decided to build bridges between the two — where entrepreneurship fuels empowerment, and social reform is backed by structure, scalability, and measurable outcomes.

Q2. Naved Shaikh, Humanity First Foundation has been one of your most impactful initiatives. What makes H.F.F. different from other NGOs?

Humanity First Foundation (H.F.F.), founded in 2011, was built on a simple yet powerful idea — permanent solutions over temporary relief.

We are non-political and non-religious. Our focus is on human rights awareness, grassroots empowerment, and leadership training. Over the years, we have trained thousands of social activists across India and expanded internationally.

During COVID-19 alone, we distributed over 5 lakh meals and donated more than 87,000 kg of grains. But for me, the bigger success is when communities become self-reliant.

Q3. You also founded Super Power Alliance (S.P.A.) and Nextreme International. Why combine social reform with business networking?

Because economic independence strengthens social stability.

Super Power Alliance Pvt. Ltd. is a structured referral exchange ecosystem that helps entrepreneurs scale through organized networking groups. Nextreme International expands this globally through digital cross-border collaboration.

When entrepreneurs grow ethically, communities grow with them. Sustainable social reform requires financially strong individuals and structured business ecosystems.

Q4. Shallianz Kingdom and Soul-U-tion reflect two very different sectors — real estate and life learning. What connects them?

Both are ecosystems.

Shallianz Kingdom creates a structured mega inventory model in real estate, simplifying deal connections and consolidation.

Soul-U-tion, on the other hand, focuses on mindset development through free short life-learning videos. Growth must be external and internal. Infrastructure builds wealth. Mindset builds wisdom.

Q5. Your social initiatives during crisis periods have been significant. Could you highlight some key interventions?

Impact must be measurable.

  • 5 lakh+ meals distributed during COVID-19
  • 87,000+ kg grains donated
  • 25,000+ kg food grains through Save Farmer Campaign
  • Saksham Bharat Abhiyaan & Project Shiksha offering free education
  • Rainwater harvesting projects solving village drought issues
  • Thousands of blankets distributed
  • Hundreds of human rights seminars
  • Blood arrangement networks saving lives
  • Women empowerment & self-defense training programs

Additionally, H.F.F. has organized 10 Grand Festivals uniting thousands of social workers globally.

Our goal is not visibility — it is replicable impact.

Q6. You have honored distinguished personalities across fields through the H.F.F. Excellence Awards. Why is recognition important in social ecosystems?

When individuals like Ajinkya Rahane, Remo D’Souza, Geeta Maa, Praveen Dixit, Sir Dr. Huzaifa Khorakiwala, Malathi Holla, and many others are honored, it sends a message — excellence matters, integrity matters.

Awards are not about glamour; they are about motivating silent contributors to continue serving society.

Q7. Your leadership philosophy emphasizes systems over moments. Can you explain this mindset?

Anyone can organize an event or campaign. But can you build a structure that continues to function without you? That is real leadership.

I focus on frameworks that are scalable, measurable, and replicable. Whether in social reform or business networking, sustainability is the real metric of success.

Q8. What does “Men of Impact” mean to you personally?

For me, being a Man of Impact means empowering people to stand independently — economically, socially, and mentally. If the system you build continues to serve even in your absence, you have created real impact.

Q9. What is your long-term vision?

To create interconnected ecosystems where social reform, entrepreneurship, leadership training, and global networking operate together.

India has immense potential. What we need are structured platforms that convert intention into action and action into sustainable change.
